Partner
Marc Toberoff is the founding partner of Toberoff & Associates, and a leading attorney in the area of copyright and entertainment litigation. Called the "legal Man of Steel" and a "superhero to rights holders" by Variety, Mr. Toberoff is a relentless, dedicated crusader on behalf of creators' rights. In both 2008 and 2009, Mr. Toberoff was selected as one of the most influential entertainment litigators working in the country by The Hollywood Reporter. Mr. Toberoff was a speaker at the USC Gould School of Law - Beverly Hills Bar Association 2009 Institute on Entertainment Law and Business. Mr. Toberoff was also the judge in November 2009 of the semi-finals at the prestigious National Entertainment Law Moot Court Competition.
As an attorney, Mr. Toberoff practices in all areas of general civil, commercial and intellectual property litigation and arbitration, including appeals.
Mr. Toberoff received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Columbia University School of Law in 1980, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
Mr. Toberoff is a member of the State Bars of California and New York, the centers of intellectual property law, and has been admitted to practice before the California and New York courts, and various federal district and appellate courts.

Senior Associate
Nicholas C. Williamson is a senior associate at Toberoff & Associates. Mr.Williamson's areas of practice include all aspects of the firm's practice, with an emphasis on entertainment and intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Williamson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and worked as an assistant district attorney. Mr. Williamson also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia, graduating with high honors and election to Phi Beta Kappa. While an undergraduate, Mr. Williamson studied as a Presidential Scholar at Keble College, Oxford.
Mr. Williamson is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before all California courts, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Associate
Keith G. Adams is an associate at Toberoff & Associates. Mr. Adams' areas of practice include all aspects of the firm's practice, and he also has experience in plaintiffs'-side False Claims Act and environmental litigation.
Mr. Adams received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review, a member of the editorial board of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, and a participant in the Moot Court Program. Mr. Adams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating with high honors.
Mr. Adams is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before all California courts, and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Associate
Jeffrey R. Rhoads is an associate at Toberoff & Associates. Mr. Rhoads' areas of practice include all aspects of the firm's practice. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rhoads clerked for two years for the Washington State Court of Appeals.
Mr. Rhoads received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Rhoads received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Rhoads is a member of the State Bars of California and Washington, and admitted to practice before all California and Washington courts.
